Abstract

The creation of a Property Monitoring System (PMS) specifically designed to meet the requirements of Apayao State College - Luna's Supply Office is the main goal of this study. Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE) transactions have been difficult to manually consolidate, which has resulted in errors, inefficiencies, and a lack of accountability. By putting in place a PMS that improves the effectiveness, precision, and accountability of property monitoring procedures, this project seeks to address these problems. The creation of distinct identifiers with QR codes for every property item, monitoring of transfers and changes in custodianship, and automated report generation for appropriate documentation are some of the PMS's primary features. The three main goals of the research are to: (1) compare the manual PPE consolidation with the PMS; (2) identify the problems with the manual system; and (3) determine whether the PMS complies with ISO 25010 Software Quality Standards, which cover Functional Suitability, Performance Efficiency, Compatibility, Usability, Reliability, Security, Maintainability, and Portability. The findings show that the PMS greatly enhances property monitoring procedures and can be used as a template by other academic institutions or businesses dealing with related issues. The deployment of the PMS not only optimizes processes but also guarantees compliance with global quality benchmarks, ultimately augmenting the comprehensive efficacy of property administration at Apayao State College - Luna.
