Abstract

This study investigates the connection between senior adults' eating habits and their drive to exercise. Knowing what influences food choices and promotes physical activity is crucial as older populations deal with more health issues. The purpose of the study is to identify the kinds and degrees of motivation that encourage seniors to exercise regularly, as well as the ways in which these motivations link to their dietary habits. Results show that while positive eating habits are frequently connected to health-related objectives, intrinsic motivation plays a major role in regular physical exercise. In order to improve the general well-being and quality of life of the elderly, the study emphasizes the significance of customized treatments that encourage both physical activity and a nutritious diet.
